With help from Klaus and Stefan, Jeremy begins a new chapter in his life saving Elena. Matt tells Damon some unsettling news about Bonnie new professor friend. Elena upset with Stefan tells him it's over because she can't shut off her feelings for Damon.

Okay so we're 6 episodes in and so far not bad. The end of last season was fantastic and I've read the books so I wasn't surprised that Elena finally became a vampire but this show shouldn't even say it's based on the books because it's so far from what the books are. But overall I do enjoy this show and who doesn't love Ian Somerhalder!! Yum Yum

The Walking Dead - Sum up of Season 3 Episodes 1-6

The Walking Dead

Okay, so I want to start off by saying I love, love, love this show. I think I have to add one more love in.
For me I love a good zombie movie so when I first started watching the Walking Dead I thought even better, I get to watch it every single week and I'm in love.

So here's my recap of the last couple episodes:

Season 3 Episode 1 - Seed

So instead of leaving off at the end of Season 2 we jump months ahead. The group who have all fled  the farm are now starving and barely surviving out in the world filled with walkers. The group stops off at a house to rest and recuperate with a very pregnant Lori (I'm not sure if this question has already been answered or what but I don't think the baby is Rick's). Only staying for a short time they are run out by walkers again. Rick and Darryl do a little scouting and find a prison where they take up residence. Michonne (the girl with the armless walker companions) and Andrea, who was separated from everybody at the farm and who is becoming sick, are still together navigating the world filled with walkers. At the end of the episode Hershel who is out with the others gets bitten on the leg while searching for his daughter Maggie and Glenn. To save Hershel Rick chops off his leg with the bite hoping that the infection hasn't spread past it and just after Rick finishes they hear something and look up to find uninfected prisoners hiding.

Season 3 Episode 2 - Sick

Hershel's life hangs in the balance as everybody waits patiently for him to wake up. As Glenn stays with the women who that are watching over Hershel, Rick, T-Dog and Darryl show the prisoners what happened on the outside. One of the hard core prisoners decided that they were there first and that Rick and the group have to leave. After a discussion Rick helps the prisoners clear out another cell block for them in exchange for food. As Rick helps them and teaches them how to take walkers out the hard core prisoner Thomas tries to get Rick taken out so he can gain control but after Thomas throwing a walker at Rick and Rick almost get bitten Rick chops his machete down killing Thomas. Rick locks the other prisoners away so they can't get to his group then he returns to find that Hershel had stopped breathing and that Lori saved him. A little later Hershel comes to and shockingly he isn't a walker. Outside in the prison yard Carol who is expecting to deliver Lori's child cuts into a female walker's body trying to learn everything she can and unbeknownst to her she is being watched from the woods. Rick thanks Lori for saving Hershel but he doesn't talk to her about their failing relationship.

Season 3 Episode 3 - Walk with me

Andrea and Michonne watch a helicopter crash so they go to check it out. Watching from the woods they see a vehicle pull up with uninfected men. The men check out the wreckage and take the surviving driver with them but they killed the other surviving members. Michonne's armless walkers start to make some noise so they are found and brought with these new people. Ailing Andrea is administered medication and when she awakens she sees Merle who is Darryl's brother and who was left behind in season 1 as the group escaped a department store crawling with walkers. A man enters their room and brings the girls outside showing them that the man who is called 'The Governor' and the other people in his group live in a town protected by a wall from the walkers. The Governor visits with the helicopter driver and gets him to tell him where the rest of his group is and The Governor with his minions go and kill everyone stealing all their weapons. That night The Governor goes to his house where he looks over his town, he then sits down in a chair with a drink in hand staring forward, the camera pans over showing aquariums stacked one on another and in these aquariums are live walker heads.

 Season 3 Episode 4 - Killer Within

Michone who is very intent on leaving Woodbury tries to persuade Andrea to join her but Andrea is now feeling comfortable in her new surroundings. She even begins to help around the town and even shows Merle the location of the farm where she last saw Daryl.
Meanwhile at the prison, someone turns the alarm on and opens the gates for Walkers to swarm. Because of the amount of Walkers the group is broken off into small groups. T-Dog is off with Carol, Lori is off with Carl and Maggie, and the remainders are either enclosed in a safe area or off killing the Walkers.
Because of the stress and everything Lori goes into labour. Unable to give birth to the child in normal ways Lori decides to give up her life to save the baby, so reluctantly Maggie slices into the Lori in front of Carl. As this happens T-Dog and Carol are attacked. Not all walk away unharmed.
This was a very emotional episode and I will be 100% truthful and say I bawled my eyes out, *SPOILER ALERT* especially at the end when Rick breaks down, so sad, so sad.

Season 3 Episode 5 - Say the Word

At the prison Rick who is almost catatonic with grief he heads back into the prison clearing out, well killing them gruesomely. As Rick has his breakdown Maggie and Daryl head out looking for baby formula for the new addition to their shrinking family.
At Woodbury the camera pulls out showing the Governor brushing the hair of a little girl, the camera pulls out more and shows that this little girl is a Walker and his daughter, wow he's messed up. Michonne tries to convince Andrea that they are not guests in Woodbury but prisoners but Andrea is just not agreeing. Michonne breaks into the Governor's place and gets her sword back and as she sneaks out she comes across a cage full of Walkers. Michonne lets them out and takes care of them pretty quickly. Still not being able to convince Andrea to leave Michonne leaves Woodbury behind. Andrea goes from the street party to a what looks like a game of sorts. This games has Walkers all chained up and in the middle Merle and another guy fight trying to get the other one caught by the Walkers. Andrea couldn't believe her eyes, all the people of Woodbury were cheering at this gruesome festivity, even children were excited. The Governor talks her down.

Season 3 Episode 6 - Hounded

Resting after his rampage in the prison killing all the Walker's Rick leans against a wall breathing deeply, breaking him out of his moment a phone starts ringing. Warily Rick picks up the phone and surprising him there is a woman's voice at the other end. She doesn't say who she is or where she is but she says she's with others and they are safe. Rick finally comes to grasp with everything and finally goes and meets the baby who is now full with formula the Daryl and Maggie brought back. Daryl, Carl and Oscar start to clear out the bodies of the Walkers that Rick killed and Daryl find a suprise hiding in a closet, he finds Carol who they all thought was dead.
Going behind Andrea's back the Governor sends out Merle and other's to track Michonne down and kill her. They do find her and she gets the upperhand killing two of them but she is wounded in the process. Merle follows her tracking her to a town where he comes across Maggie and Glenn who are collecting supplies. Glenn looks surprised to see Merle and says that he will bring Daryl back for him but Merle takes Maggie hostage telling Glenn that they are coming with him.
As all of this is happening the Governor and Andrea hook up, man she must be crazy.

I am really enjoying this season and I can't wait to see what happens next with the Governor and what else he is hiding.

Well there are only two more episodes before the almost two month hiatus until February, boo!!!

Supernatural sum up of episodes 2-5

Supernatural

Okay so I know I haven't been on here weekly to give you updates and my thoughts on the episodes of our favourite supernatural and paranormal shows but I've been busy and I know that's no excuse but I am going to try to sum up everything that happened in the last five episodes.

Season 8 Episode 2 What's Up, Tiger Mommy?

Sam and Dean find Kevin's mom in dire straits surrounded by demons. After rescuing her they take her to find the tablet. They come across a auction of sorts and try bidding against other demons and even a angel for the tablet. To make things more interesting Crowley (who I just love) decides to throw Kevin in the deal since he is the only one that can actually read the tablet. Just when Sam and Dean think they can't save Kevin, Kevin's mom bids her soul to free her son. After the demons take her soul Kevin becomes angry with the Winchester boys and runs off.

Season 8 Episode 3 Heartache

Dean and Sam investigate two bizarre murders in two different cities where the victims' hearts were ripped out. The brothers catch up to the killer but discover that he is in a trance and mumbling words in an ancient language. Sam who is reluctantly back to hunting with Dean misses his life when Dean was in purgatory.

Season 8 Episode 4 Bitten

While searching for a werewolf killer, Sam and Dean find some video footage of three students who encountered the werewolf... and one of them were bitten and infected. One of the students becomes jealous of the other with their new life that he becomes one himself.

Season 8 Episode 5 Blood Brother

When Benny, the vampire that helps Dean escape purgatory, gets injured hunting down his Maker, he calls on Dean for help. Dean abruptly leaves Sam in the lurch, saying he has personal business. While he waits, Sam remembers how he and Amelia bonded, and how he was finally able to feel like he belongs in the real world away from hunting.

Well I hope that I won't forget to update my blog since I'm going to be pretty busy for the next month or so but I will check in. :)

Silent Hill - Revelation Review

Silent Hill - Revelation Review

Silent Hill Revelation opening today October 26th

Silent Hill Revelation takes place years after Sharon is reunited with her father. Moving from city to city hiding from the horrors that she suffered from at her last visit to Silent Hill. After her father is kidnapped by the people that want Sharron to return to Silent Hill she heads there with the help of someone she thinks she can trusts but she soon finds out he isn't who she first thought. Dealing with all the horrors and creepy creatures of Silent Hill, Sharron moves through the town searching for her father and fighting against those you want to keep her there or kill her. Finally coming against the person that holds Sharron to Silent Hill she is able to find her father but their happiness doesn't last long.

For the people who enjoy the video games and those who enjoyed the movie will, in my eyes, enjoy this movie. It had all the creepy, jerky moving, horrible looking creatures from the first one (like the Guardian in the first picture) or similar to the first one (like the nurses). There were a lot of jumps from myself and my fellow movie mates which caused a couple giggles but this movie was twisted and a little warped like the first one and that's what drew me in to watch the second movie plus the trailer looked pretty cool.
I enjoyed the first movie and it took me a couple times before I could really enjoy it because I wasn't sure at first because of how it's so twister and creepy so after I got over the creep factor I was able to enjoy the movie fully and with this one I enjoyed it right from the beginning.

So I decided that now movies that I think people should watch are now going to recieve my 'Vee' stamp of approval or a 'F' fail.
And lucky Silent Hill Revelation will recieve that approval stamp

Iron Man 3 Teaser Trailer

Iron Man 3 Trailer

Okay my fellow movie lovers the Iron Man 3 Trailer is out.

It's been awhile since I watched a movie trailer and felt goosebumps (and that movie was Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows part 1 and part 2) Well with this trailer I had major goosebumps.

I know the movie is months away, well 193 days and counting but I can't wait. I want to watch it now, not in a couple minutes or hours or days or weeks or months but now. This looks so amazing. I love Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man, I think he's made the character of Tony Stark, loveable, you just can't hate him.

Well hopefully all my fellow Comic Book movie lovers like myself are counting down to an amazing movie.

Till next time :)

Supernatural Season 8 Premiere

The boy are back!!!

Supernatural Season 8 Episode 1

For anyone who has never watched this show it's about two brothers Dean & Sam Winchester who follow their father's footsteps as "hunters" fighting evil supernatural beings of many kinds including monsters, demons, and gods that roam the earth.

So at the end of last season as Sam and Dean were fighting the Leviathans trying to get rid of them but the outcome was what they wanted. Some how Dean and Castiel got sent to purgatory.

The premiere episode of the 8th season happens one year later where Sam has moved on not hunting anymore and Dean escapes purgatory with one of the Leviathans. Dean told Sam that Castiel died in purgatory which is sad becuase I love Castiel. Also because of Sam giving up hunting the new prophet Kevin Tran continously calls Sam for help after escaping Crowley's hands with the tablet that tells the prophet how to rid the world of demons for good. Dean finds the messages from Kevin so they go after him and find him hiding out in a church. Crowley shows up with Kevin's girlfriend saying that he won't kill her if Kevin hands over the tablet but Kevin escapes with Sam and Dean but his girlfriend doesn't, *SPOILER* Crowley snaps her neck.

Overall it was an okay episode. Hopefully the rest of the season gets better but even though if it sucks I will probably still watch it. I love my Winchester boys, especially Dean. I'm a Dean girl. Team Dean. LOL

Until next week my Supernatural buddies :)

Review of Resident Evil - Retribution

Resident Evil - Retribution

First I will start off with the trailer

Okay so the preview looked good and I was pretty hyped about this movie until I got there and watched it.
The first problem was the theatre (I know that doesn't have anything to do with the movie but it didn't help it) The movie is in 3D wihch everybody knows but our theatre in my little town has crappy 3D. All I got was a tiny picture but the 3D did work plus I have one hell of a headache the moment I had to put the glasses on. My friend on the other hand had double vision because of the crappy glasses.
To continue about the movie.
Well I am a huge fan of the Resident Evil movies and I thought with everybody being back like Jill Valentine, Rain and Carlos that it had to be good, right??
Well not so much. The first couple minutes was everything in reverse which was kind of annoying. Next Alice finds herself captive in the Umbrella headquarters again and again she is broken out by Ada Wong who looks like she wanted to kind of dress like Alice from the first movie with the black boots and red dress but whatever. Also why is the bad guy from the last couple movies now helping Alice out, that doesn't make sense at all.
It was just a meh movie. There was really nothing to it, I don't think it really progressed the story along for the Resident Evil franchise.
Yes some of the special effects were pretty cool but that's about it.
I give this movie 2 stars out of 5 and that's being generous.

If the Resident Evil franchise continues I have my fingers crossed that next time they will do better, a lot better.
